Special Interest shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(c) hereof.
Capital Interest means the proportion that a Member's positive Capital Account bears to the aggregate positive Capital Accounts of all Members whose Capital Accounts have positive balances as may be adjusted from time to time.
Initial Interest Rate means, as of any date of determination, (a) with respect to each A Note, the Initial Note A Interest Rate and (b) with respect to each B Note, the Initial Note B Interest Rate.
Additional Interest means all additional interest then owing pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement.
Class A Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(a).
Class C Additional Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).
Class B Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).
Significant Financial Interest means anything of monetary value, including but not limited to, salary or other payments for services (e.g., consulting fees or honoraria); equity interests (e.g., stocks, stock options or other ownership interests); and intellectual property rights (e.g., patents, copyrights, license agreements, and royalties from such rights). The term does not include:
Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.
Financial Interest means either:
Additional Interest Rate With respect to any ARD Loan after its Anticipated Repayment Date, the incremental increase in the per annum rate at which such Mortgage Loan accrues interest after the Anticipated Repayment Date (in the absence of defaults) as calculated and as set forth in the related Mortgage Loan documents.
Initial Interest Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1.
Accreted Interest Interest accrued on a Loan that is added to the principal amount of such Loan instead of being paid as it accrues.
Late Payment Interest means and refer to interest on a particular Late Payment at the Default Rate.
Collateral Senior Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(d).
Substantial interest means holding of a beneficial interest by an individual or his spouse or minor child, whether singly or taken together in the shares of a company, the amount paid up on which exceeds ten per cent of the paid up capital of the company; or the capital subscribed by all the partners of a partnership firm;
Annual Interest Rate in accordance with the rate applicable to the equal instalment financing plan in effect on the conversion date, up to a maximum of 19.90%.
Interest when used with respect to an Original Issue Discount Security which by its terms bears interest only after Maturity, means interest payable after Maturity.
Personal interest means a financial benefit or liability accruing to a School Board member or employee or to a member of the immediate family of the School Board member or employee. Such interest shall exist by reason of
Optimal Interest Remittance Amount For each Distribution Date, the product of (A) (x) the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates for the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Collection Period divided by (y) 12 and (B) the Aggregate Loan Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period (not including for this purpose Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date).
Interest Notice Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.
Earned Interest means the interest and other income actually received or credited on the investment of the Escrowed Funds between the date hereof and the earlier to occur of the Acquisition Closing Date and the Termination Date.
