Pricing during any Renewal Subscription Term shall be the same as the prior term unless Cloudhouse has given Licensee notice of a pricing increase at least thirty (30) days before the end of such prior term, in which case the pricing increase shall be effective upon renewal.
Unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.2, this XXXX shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for the Subscription Term, unless either party gives notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiry of the Initial Subscription Term or Renewal Subscription Term (as the case may be) of its intent not to renew.
