Renovation Expenses definition

Renovation Expenses means the costs and expenses incurred to renovate a Property prior to becoming a Stabilized Property or incurred to renovate a Carry-Over Property after the termination of the tenancy of the related initial Tenant. For the avoidance of doubt, Renovation Expenses do not include any fees, costs or expenses associated with any ongoing recurring repairs or maintenance to any Property.
Renovation Expenses means, the costs and expenses incurred to renovate a Property so that such Property satisfies clauses (i) and (ii) of the definition ofCompletion Requirements”. For the avoidance of doubt, Renovation Expenses do not include any fees, costs or expenses associated with any ongoing recurring repairs or maintenance to any Property.
Renovation Expenses means the total amount spent by COMPANY for the Renovations of the Center and Mall Property and shall include, but not be limited to, all payments made for planning, surveys, drawings, reviews, consultants, engineering, labor, materials, fees and other soft costs as well as construction to the Center or any part of it, or the Mall Property. Renovation Expenses shall be documented by COMPANY by submission of sworn owner's and contractor statements, lien waivers, paid invoices and/or proof of payment by COMPANY of such expenses and shall be provided on or before ninety (90) days after the completion of the Renovations.
