Rent Concession Period definition

Rent Concession Period is defined in section 4 of this Agreement.
Rent Concession Period means the period beginning on the Commencement Date and continuing through the seventh month anniversary of the Commencement Date.
Rent Concession Period means the 150-day period that begins on the Sublease Commencement Date and ends one hundred forty-nine (149) days thereafter. Minimum Rent for the Long-Term Leaseback Space shall commence on the day after the expiration of the Rent Concession Period (the "Sublease Rent Commencement Date").

Rent Concession Period. During the Rent Concession Period, Lessee shall pay property management fees and other relevant expenses actually incurred at the rate of RMB 28 Yuan per month per square meter. However, in xxxx xf early termination of this Contract by Lessee, Lessee shall not be entitled to rent concession. Lessee shall pay Lessor the difference between the rent agreed upon herein and the rent actually paid during the Rent Concession Period.
