Rent Supplement definition

Rent Supplement means the amount which equals 42 times the difference between base monthly rental of a displacement dwelling including utilities and the monthly rent of a comparable dwelling including utilities.
Rent Supplement means a supplement to this Agreement in the form of Schedule 3.2(b) agreed to in accordance with Section 3.2(b).
Rent Supplement means any payment under section 198 of the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 towards the amount of rent payable by an individual in respect of a residential premises;

More Definitions of Rent Supplement

Rent Supplement means a rent subsidy provided by Manitoba Housing to an Accepted Proponent under a Rent Supplement Agreement. The rent subsidy provided is equal to the difference between the Affordable Rents and the rent an Eligible Tenant is required to pay (the rent-geared-to-income (RGI) rate) of a Social Housing Unit.
Rent Supplement means the amount in addition to present rent which is necessary to enable a displaced person to lease or rent a comparable replacement dwelling.
