Rental aircraft definition

Rental aircraft means an aircraft hired commercially under an agreement in which the executive agency has exclu- sive use of the aircraft for an agreed upon period of time. The executive agency operates, but does not maintain, a rental air- craft.

Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.
