Rental Contracts definition

Rental Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.
Rental Contracts means a rental purchase contract, originated by Company or a Subsidiary of the Company and a related Obligor for the rental of goods, whether such contract is now existing or hereafter arising, and which Rental Contract provides by its terms that if the Obligor continuously renews such contract for a set period (set forth in each such contract), or if the Obligor exercises a specified early purchase option, the title to such rental goods will be transferred to the Obligor at the end of such period, or upon exercise of such purchase option.
Rental Contracts. Marinas could add language in rental contracts to: 1) prohibit discharge of sewage into the marina; and, 2) require that all vessels be equipped with a holding tank.

More Definitions of Rental Contracts

Rental Contracts means all rental and rental-purchase contracts relating to the Business.
Rental Contracts means all lease, rental, hire purchase, credit sale or similar agreements relating any assets used in conducting the Business to which any Group Company is a party;
Rental Contracts means all rental and rental-purchase contracts relating to the Business, which are duly signed by a customer and made in the ordinary course of business, providing for the rental to customers of furniture, appliances, electronic equipment and/or other personal property. Rental Contracts shall not include rental and rental-purchase contracts that customers entered into as a part of a promotion or other marketing strategy that did not require the customer to pay at least one week's rent prior to delivery of the rental property; provided, however, that this exclusion shall not apply to any rental or rental-purchase contracts for which a free rental period has expired and the customer has paid at least one week's rent prior to Closing.
Rental Contracts means the lease, rental, hire purchase, credit sale or other similar agreements in writing as listed in Schedule 4.

Representative of a party includes an officer, employee, agent, auditor, adviser, financier (including syndicatees), insurance broker, partner, associate, consultant, joint venturer or sub-contractor of that party or of a Related Body Corporate of that party.
