Housing cooperative definition

Housing cooperative means a nonprofit housing cooperative corporation.
Housing cooperative means a housing complex of at least two units that is owned and operated by a nonprofit corporation that issues a share of the corporation's stock to an individual, entitling the individual to live in a unit of the complex, and collects a monthly maintenance fee from the individual to maintain, operate, and pay the taxes of the complex.
Housing cooperative means a cooperative incorporated under ch. 185 or organized under ch. 193 that owns residential property that is used or intended to be used, in whole or in part, by the members of the hous- ing cooperative as their homes or residences.
