Rental Periods and other contractual considerations are addressed in the Rental Agreement.
The maximum number of Subsequent Rental Periods under this Master Rental Agreement shall not exceed eleven (11) months (the initial monthly rental and ten (10) subsequent renewals).
The parties hereto have agreed and determined that the total Lease Payments due during each Rental Period are not in excess of the fair rental value of the Property during such Rental Periods.
