Rental Periods definition

Rental Periods. The Term will be divided into Rental Periods. The first Rental Period will commence on the Delivery Date and end May 12, 1996, the second Rental Period will commence on May 13, 1996 and each subsequent Rental Period will commence on the date succeeding the last day of the previous Rental Period. Each Rental Period will end on the date immediately preceding the numerically corresponding day in the next month except that:- (a) if there is no such numerically corresponding day in that month, it will end on the last day of that month; and (b) if a Rental Period would otherwise overrun the Expiry Date, it will end on the Expiry Date.
Rental Periods. The Term will consist of consecutive whole or partial Rental Periods set forth in Letter Agreement No. 1. The first Rental Period will commence on the Delivery Date and each subsequent Rental Period will commence on the date succeeding the last day of the previous Rental Period. Each Rental Period will end on the date immediately preceding the calendar day in the next month numerically corresponding to the Delivery Date, except that: (a) if there is no such numerically corresponding day in that month, it will end on the last day of that month; and (b) if a Rental Period would otherwise overrun the Expiry Date, it will end on the Expiry Date.
Rental Periods means, with respect to any Portion, the time period selected by Lessee pursuant to Subparagraph 2.03(a) or Subparagraph 2.03(b) of the Participation Agreement or Subparagraph 2.03(a ) of the Lease Agreement which commences on the first day of such Portion and ends on the last day of such time period, and thereafter, each subsequent time period selected by Lessee pursuant to Subparagraph 2.03(a) of the Lease Agreement which commences on the last day of the immediately preceding time period and ends on the last day of that time period.

Examples of Rental Periods in a sentence

  • The parties hereto have agreed and determined that the total Lease Payments due during each Rental Period are not in excess of the fair rental value of the Property during such Rental Periods.

  • The “Actual Rental Period” shall be the Estimated Rental Period if that is the extent of the Rental; otherwise, the Estimated and Extended Rental Periods constitute the Actual Rental Period for which Customer will be billed.

  • Saturday, Sunday and government holidays shall not be excluded from Rental Periods, and the Contractor shall offer Heavy Equipment for Rental on these days if such Rental is offered in the Contractor’s usual course of business.

  • Rent for the first Rental Period and initial charges and fees, including fuel charges, shall be due prior to delivery of the Unit and Rent for subsequent Rental Periods will be due on the first day of each succeeding Rental Period.

  • The initial lease term ("Initial Term") and Lessee's rental obligations shall begin on the Commencement Date and continue for the number of Rental Periods specified in the Lease as set forth in Section 2 below and shall renew automatically thereafter until terminated by either party upon not less than ninety (90) days prior written notice.
