The parties hereto have agreed and determined that the total Lease Payments due during each Rental Period are not in excess of the fair rental value of the Property during such Rental Periods.
The “Actual Rental Period” shall be the Estimated Rental Period if that is the extent of the Rental; otherwise, the Estimated and Extended Rental Periods constitute the Actual Rental Period for which Customer will be billed.
