Rental Residential Building definition

Rental Residential Building means a building within Improvement Area No. 2 for which a building permit or use permit has been issued or is expected to be issued for construction of a residential structure within which all Residential Units are offered for rent to the general public, and cannot be purchased by individual homeowners or investors.
Rental Residential Building means any building in the STD within which any of the Square Footage is used or is expected to be used for one or more of the following uses: (i) Rental Units,(ii) any type of group or student housing that provides lodging for a week or more and may or may not have individual cooking facilities, including but not limited to boarding houses, dormitories, housing operated by medical institutions, and single room occupancy units, or (iii) a residential care facility that is not staffed by licensed medical professionals. The Review Authority shall make the determination as to whether a building in the STD is a Rental Residential Building.

Examples of Rental Residential Building in a sentence

  • If a Rental Residential Building in the STD becomes a Converted Rental Residential Building, the Administrator will rely on information from the County Assessor, site visits to the sales office, data provided by the entity that is selling Residential Units within the building, and any other available source of information to track sales of Residential Units.

  • If a Rental Residential Building in the CFD becomes a Converted Rental Residential Building, the Administrator shall rely on information from the County Assessor, site visits to the sales office, data provided by the entity that is selling Residential Units within the building, and any other available source of information to track sales of Residential Units.
