Repair Vendor definition

Repair Vendor means, with respect to a particular Product, either Rolls-Royce or a third party designated by Rolls-Royce as the repair vendor for such Product.

  • If FYX is not able to reach the representative who requested the Roadside Assistance or the Customer’s designated company representative, FYX will advise the Repair Vendor to perform another yard check for equipment availability.

  • FYX shall require the Repair Vendor to provide Roadside Assistance in a safe, efficient and workmanlike manner in accordance with the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

  • However, FYX shall attempt to assist the Customer in resolving any Repair Vendor complaints, provided that Customer notifies FYX of any such complaints as soon as possible and before any additional repairs to the Equipment are made.

  • If there is an issue with release of the parts/tires by the Repair Vendor, Customer should contact FYX immediately as follows for assistance: commercialservice@FYXFleet.com.

  • Those Material Specialist Employees currently located at a Maintenance Repair Vendor will remain in that location until they either voluntarily bid out or the Company ceases all operations with that Vendor at that location.

  • At the sole discretion of the Company, the Company may choose to continue or discontinue utilizing covered Employees at the Maintenance Repair Vendor when a vacancy becomes available as outlined in Article 2 paragraph 3 d.

Related to Repair Vendor

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Repair or replacement means the restoration of vehicles, vessels, or outboard

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Design-build contract means a single contract with a Design-Build Firm for the design and construction of a public construction project.

  • Third Party Equipment has the meaning given such term in Section 4.8 of this Agreement.

  • Contractor / Vendor means the Tenderer whose bid has been accepted and awarded Letter of Acceptance for a specific item followed by the signing of Contract.

  • Furniture coating means any paint designed for application to room furnishings including, but not limited to, cabinets (kitchen, bath and vanity), tables, chairs, beds, and sofas.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Design-build entity means a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, or other legal entity that is able to provide appropriately licensed contracting, architectural, and engineering services as needed pursuant to a design-build contract.

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Contracted Vendors means all vendors who contract or who have contracted with the Owners pursuant to Bid No. 23-056 for Unit Price – Plumbing Services.

  • Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an approved vendor list through the approved vendor list process.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • The Contractor/ Vendor means the individual or firm or company undertaking the works and shall include legal personal representative of individual or composing the firm or company and the permitted assignees of individual or firms of company.

  • Tooling means tools funded or provided by the Buyer.
