Repayment Shares definition

Repayment Shares means shares of Common Stock issued to the Holder by the Maker as payment for accrued interest and/or the Principal Amount, pursuant to Section 1.2 of this Note.

Repayment Shares means shares of Common Stock issued to the Holder by the Maker as payment for accrued interest and/or the Principal Amount, pursuant to Sections 1.3(a) and 1.3(b) of this Note.
