Replace definition

Replace or “replacement” means the installation of a new underground tank system or component, including dispensers, in substantially the same location as an existing tank system or component in lieu of that tank system or component.
Replace means to install new impervious surface where existing impervious surface is removed. “Create” means to install new impervious surface where there is currently no impervious surface.
Replace. “Replaced” and “Replacement” shall have correlative meanings.

Replace means that the life insurance policy being applied for may replace, change or use monetary value from an existing or pending life insurance policy or annuity contract.
