AstraZeneca shall be responsible for destruction of all Defective Products.
AstraZeneca agrees that Purchaser may reject the portion, or if applicable, the whole, of any Delivery batch that would reasonably be expected to be Defective based on a reasonable sample of the Products taken indiscriminately from that Delivery batch that is found to have a Defect.
