Examples of Defective in a sentence
No payment made or approval given hereunder shall be considered as acceptance by Owner of any Defective Services, and any such payment or approval shall not in any way act as a waiver of any claim or right Owner may have hereunder and shall not modify, relieve, waive, terminate or otherwise affect the any covenants, obligations or undertakings of Architect set forth in this Agreement.
