Replacement business facility definition

Replacement business facility means a facility otherwise described in paragraph 6 of this section, hereafter referred to in this paragraph as "new facility", which replaces another facility, hereafter referred to in this paragraph as "old facility", located within the state, which the employer or a related employer previously operated but discontinued operating on or before the close of the first calendar year in which apportionment is claimed under Section 4 of this act. A new facility shall be deemed to replace an old facility if the following conditions are met:

Examples of Replacement business facility in a sentence
