Replacement Lead Partner definition
Replacement Lead Partner means the Consortium Member that assumes the role of the Lead Partner under this Agreement where the provisions of clause 19.8 (Default Events and Termination) apply; Review Meeting means a meeting held pursuant to clause 12.6 (Review, Monitoring and Reporting) and/or clause 12.7 (Review, Monitoring and Reporting);
