Reporting Disruption definition

Reporting Disruption means, in respect of any Fund Unit, any failure of the related Fund to deliver, or cause to be delivered, (i) information that such Fund has agreed to deliver, or cause to be delivered to a Hypothetical Replicating Party or (ii) information that has been previously delivered to a Hypothetical Replicating Party in accordance with such Fund’s or its authorized representative’s normal practice and that the Index Calculation Agent, after instruction from the Index Sponsor, deems necessary to monitor such Fund’s compliance with any investment guidelines, asset allocation methodologies or any other similar policies relating to such Fund Units;
Reporting Disruption means, in respect of any Fund Interest Unit, the occurrence of any event affecting such Fund Interest Unit that, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, would make it impossible or impracticable for the Calculation Agent to determine the value of such Fund Interest Unit, and such event is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.
Reporting Disruption means, in respect of any Basket A Asset issued by a Fund, (i) the occurrence of any event affecting such Basket A Asset that, in the determination of the Determining Party, would make it impossible or impracticable for the Calculation Agent to determine the value of such Basket A Asset, and such event continues for at least the time period specified in the Swap Agreement or, if no such time period is specified, the foreseeable future; (ii) any failure of the related Fund to deliver, or cause to be delivered, (A) information that such Fund has agreed to deliver, or cause to be delivered to the Determining Party under the Swap Agreement or the Calculation Agent,as applicable, or (B) information that has been previously delivered to the Determining Party or the Calculation Agent, as applicable, in accordance with such Fund's, or its authorised representative's, normal practice and that the Determining Party deems necessary for it or the Calculation Agent, as applicable, to monitor such Fund's compliance with investment guidelines, asset allocation methodologies or any other similar policies relating to such Basket A Assets;

Reporting Disruption means (A) the occurrence of any event affecting a Fund Interest that, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, would make it impossible or impracticable for the Calculation Agent to determine the value of such Fund Interest in respect of a Scheduled Fund Valuation Date or a Scheduled Fund Redemption Valuation Date, and such event continues for at least two consecutive Scheduled Fund Valuation Dates or Scheduled Fund Redemption Valuation Dates, as the case may be; (B) any failure of a Fund to deliver, or cause to be delivered, (I) information that such Fund has agreed to deliver, or cause to be delivered to the Calculation Agent, including, but not limited to, information to determine the occurrence of a Fund Event and the annual audited financial report and semi-annual financial report, if any, in relation to the related Fund Interests, or (II) information that has been previously delivered to the Calculation Agent, in accordance with such Fund's, or its authorized representative's, normal practice and that the Calculation Agent deems necessary to monitor such Fund's compliance with any investment guidelines, asset allocation methodologies or any other similar policies relating to the related Fund Interests;
