Fund Event definition

Fund Event means the occurrence of each of an Additional Fund Disruption Event, a Fund Disruption Event and/or a Fund Extraordinary Event as determined by the Calculation Agent.

Fund Event means, the occurrence or announcement by the Fund or a Fund Service Provider at any time of any of the following events:

Examples of Fund Event in a sentence

• Such Fund Event may result in you receiving less than the original investment amount or, if a substitution is provided for, may result in a change in the profile and composition of the Fund Linked Securities.

• Nonetheless, if the Determination Agent becomes aware of the materialisation of certain risks concerning the Fund Managers or the strategy profile, dealing terms or valuation of the Fund or Fund Basket, the Issuer may, at the determination of the Determination Agent, declare that a Fund Event has occurred.

• The Issuer and the Calculation Agent shall not be liable to any party or person for losses resulting from the occurrence of a Fund Event under the Securities.
