Representational services definition

Representational services means communications to or appearances before Federal entities with the intent to influence the Government on behalf of a third party. This includes legal and consulting services.

Representational services means the services for which the District Defender is responsible, including lawyer services and appropriate support staff services, investigation and appropriate sentencing advocacy, social work services, and mental health evaluation and recommendation services.
