Eligible Clients definition

Eligible Clients means individuals certified eligible by HCA, living in the service area, and eligible to enroll for health care services under the terms of this Contract.
Eligible Clients means a person (including Veterans) who is Homeless or at Risk of Homelessness and who has a mental illness in accordance with California Welfare & Institutions Code Section 5600.3(a) and/or California Welfare & Institutions Code Section 5600.3(b).
Eligible Clients refer to persons entitled to representation by a District Defender in accordance with La. R.S. 15:175 or other relevant constitutional and statutory authority.

Examples of Eligible Clients in a sentence

  • Eligible Clients must have a gross family income at or below 185% of the adopted Federal Poverty Level ("FPL"), must be Texas residents, and must not be eligible for Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program ("CHIP"), or other programs/benefits providing the same services.

  • For joint accounts, all accountholders must be Eligible Clients to qualify for the Offer.

  • By participating in this Offer, Eligible Clients are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms.CIBC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Offer, or to amend these Terms, at any time, for any reason without notice.

  • Eligible Clients will be passively enrolled into the ACC Program.

  • Eligible Developments include new construction or the acquisition and rehabilitation of a Rental Housing Development or Shared Housing Development to provide new permanent supportive housing for Eligible Clients, which may include occupancy restrictions (including preferences or other restrictions), such as units for seniors, veterans, or transitional aged youth, as determined by Participant.

Eligible Clients means Medicaid recipients certified eligible by DSHS, living in the service area, and eligible to enroll for health care services under the terms of this Contract, as described in the Enrollment Section of this Contract.
