Examples of Eligible Clients in a sentence

Eligible Clients must have a gross family income at or below 185% of the adopted Federal Poverty Level ("FPL"), must be Texas residents, and must not be eligible for Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program ("CHIP"), or other programs/benefits providing the same services.
For joint accounts, all accountholders must be Eligible Clients to qualify for the Offer.

Eligible Clients means Medicaid recipients certified eligible by DSHS, living in the service area, and eligible to enroll for health care services under the terms of this Contract, as described in the Enrollment Section of this Contract.
