Representative Warrant Shares definition

Representative Warrant Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Representative Warrant Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Representative Warrant.
Representative Warrant Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.6(e).
