Request for Revolving Credit Advance definition

Request for Revolving Credit Advance means a request for a Revolving Credit Advance issued by a Borrower under Section 2.3 of this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

• Each telephone or email request for an Advance from an Authorized Signer of the Borrowers shall constitute a certification of the matters set forth in the Request for Revolving Credit Advance form as of the date of such requested Advance.

• The failure by the Borrower to give timely notice under this Section prior to any Payment Date for a Base Rate ------- Advance shall be deemed to be a Request for Revolving Credit Advance for a Base Rate Advance on such date unless such Advance is repaid on such date.

More Definitions of Request for Revolving Credit Advance

Request for Revolving Credit Advance means a request for a Revolving Credit Advance issued by Borrower under Section 2.3 of this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, or in such other form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
