Required Class A Purchasers definition

Required Class A Purchasers means, at any time, Committed Purchasers having Commitments aggregating more than 66 2/3% of the Total Commitment.
Required Class A Purchasers means, at any time, Committed Class A Purchasers having Commitments aggregating at least 50.1% of the aggregate Commitments of all Committed Class A Purchasers.
Required Class A Purchasers means Purchasers having Class Percentages that aggregate over 50%.

  • If the Agent shall resign as Agent under this Agreement, then the Required Class A Purchasers and the Required Class A Owners shall appoint from among the Committed Class A Purchasers a successor agent for the Class A Purchasers.

More Definitions of Required Class A Purchasers

Required Class A Purchasers means Class A Purchasers holding more than 55% of the Class A Commitments (or, if two Class A Purchasers hold more than 55% of the Class A Commitments, at least three Class A Purchasers holding more than 55% of the Class A Commitments).
Required Class A Purchasers means, the Class A Purchasers having outstanding Class A Notes and unused Class A Commitments representing at least a majority of the sum of the total outstanding Class A Notes and unused Class A Commitments until such time as the Class A Notes are repaid in full.

  • Required Class Lenders means, with respect to any Class on any date of determination, Lenders having more than 50% of the sum of (i) the outstanding Loans under such Class and (ii) the aggregate unused Commitments under such Facility.

  • Required Noteholders means Holders of Outstanding Notes evidencing more than 66 2/3% of the principal balance of the most senior Class of Notes Outstanding.

  • Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, (other than the Final Scheduled Distribution Date for any Class of Notes), the sum of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Distribution Date and the Noteholders’ Principal Carryover Amount, if any, as of the close of business on the preceding Distribution Date. The Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount on the Final Scheduled Distribution Date for any Class of Notes will equal the sum of (i) the Principal Distributable Amount for such Distribution Date, (ii) the Noteholders’ Principal Carryover Amount as of such Distribution Date, and (iii) the excess of the outstanding principal amount of such Class of Notes, if any, over the amounts described in clauses (i) and (ii).

  • Class A-PO Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-PO Certificate.

  • Class A-2 Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-2 Certificate.

  • Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.
