third countries means any State or territory to which the Treaties are not applicable;
Restricted Countries shall have the meaning given to it in Clause 26.5.3 (Protection of Personal Data);
Designated country end product means a WTO GPA country end product, a Free Trade Agreement country end product, a least developed country end product, or a Caribbean Basin country end product.
Specified Country means each country listed on Schedule II attached hereto and each country, other than the United States, constituting the primary market for a security with respect to which the Funds has given settlement instructions to The Bank of New York as custodian (the “Custodian”) under its Custody Agreement with the Funds.

Permitted Country means any country listed on Schedule 4 to the Participation Agreement.
Required Governmental Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03.
Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.
Sanctioned Countries shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.30.
Product Approval(s) means any approvals, registrations, permits, licenses, consents, authorizations, and other approvals, and pending applications and requests therefor, required by applicable Agencies related to the research, Development, manufacture, distribution, finishing, packaging, marketing, sale, storage or transport of a Product within the United States of America, and includes, without limitation, all approvals, registrations, licenses or authorizations granted in connection with any Application related to that Product.
Requisite Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).
Selected Countries the jurisdictions listed on Appendix C as such may be amended from time to time in accordance with Article II.
Major Countries means Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States.
Designated country means any of the following countries:
Key Regulatory Approvals means those sanctions, rulings, consents, orders, exemptions, permits and other approvals (including the lapse, without objection, of a prescribed time under a statute or regulation that states that a transaction may be implemented if a prescribed time lapses following the giving of notice without an objection being made) of Governmental Entities set out in Schedule C hereto;
Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.
third country means a country that is not member of the Union;
Restricted Country means a country, territory or jurisdiction outside of the European Economic Area which the EU Commission has not deemed to provide adequate protection in accordance with Article 25(6) of the DP Directive and/ or Article 45(1) of the GDPR (as applicable);

Regulatory Approvals with respect to the Warrantholder, means, to the extent applicable and required to permit the Warrantholder to exercise this Warrant for shares of Common Stock and to own such Common Stock without the Warrantholder being in violation of applicable law, rule or regulation, the receipt of any necessary approvals and authorizations of, filings and registrations with, notifications to, or expiration or termination of any applicable waiting period under, the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder.
Least developed country construction material means a construction material that—
Least developed country means any of the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Kiribati, Laos, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Samoa, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu, Yemen, or Zambia.
Designated country construction material means a construction material that is a WTO GPA country construction material, an FTA country construction material, a least developed country construction material, or a Caribbean Basin country construction material.
Required Regulatory Approvals means the Seller Required Regulatory Approvals and the Buyer Required Regulatory Approvals.
Marketing Authorization means all approvals from the relevant Regulatory Authority necessary to market and sell a Product in any country (including without limitation all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals even if not legally required to sell Product in a country).
