Required Series D Holders definition

Required Series D Holders means, collectively, the Stockholders holding at least sixty-five percent (65%) of the then-outstanding shares of Series D Preferred Stock.
Required Series D Holders means, at any time, the holders of sixty-six and 67/100 percent (66.67%) of the then outstanding shares of Series D Preferred Stock and Series D-1 Preferred Stock.
