This Agreement, and the obligations of all Parties hereunder, may be terminated by mutual agreement among all of the following: (a) the Required Supporting Term Lenders, (b) the Required Supporting RBL Lenders, (c) the Required Supporting Noteholders, and (d) each of the Company Parties.
