Requisition Proceeds definition

Requisition Proceeds any and all payments (in any form whatsoever) made or due and payable from time to time in connection with any requisition, confiscation, condemnation, seizure or forfeiture of all or any part of the Project by any Government Authority (or any person acting under color of any Government Authority).
Requisition Proceeds means (a) the amounts that are payable by any Agency as a consequence of the requisition for hire, requisition for title, detention, forfeiture or other compulsory acquisition of the Equipment; and (b) all claims, rights and remedies of the Assignor against the relevant Agency in relation to (a) above;

Examples of Requisition Proceeds in a sentence

  • For so long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, any Requisition Proceeds for Requisition for Hire in respect of the Vessel shall be paid to the Borrower.

Requisition Proceeds means any and all amounts (other than Insurance Proceeds) payable by any relevant governmental or other competent authority or by any person acting by authority of the same in respect of any compensation or reimbursement of fees or otherwise payable in consequence of an Expropriation of an asset of any member of the Borrower Group or any member of the EAN Group or of any of AssetCo's right title or interest in and to any member of the EAN Group (after deducting the amount required by any other member of the Borrower Group or other member of the EAN Group to pay as compensation attributable to such event to third parties that are not Affiliates of the Borrower Group or the EAN Group).
Requisition Proceeds means any monies or other compensation receivable by any Obligor from any Government Entity in relation to any Aircraft, in the event of its requisition for title, confiscation, restraint, detention, forfeiture or compulsory acquisition or seizure or requisition for hire by or under the order of any such government or public or local authority.
