Research COI Committee definition

Research COI Committee means the committee responsible for review and assessment of real or potential Conflicts of Interest related to Atrium Research Projects. The Bylaws of the Research COI Committee are attached hereto as Appendix I.
Research COI Committee means the committee responsible for review and assessment of real or potential Conflicts of Interest related to CHS projects.

Examples of Research COI Committee in a sentence

  • In making these determinations, they may consult with the Responsible Administrator, the Research COI Committee, OGC, human resources and/or other appropriate individuals.

  • The Research COI Committee will periodically evaluate the reports that it receives and develop a listing of (institutionally) Financially Interested Companies and provide that listing to the IRB, IACUC, OGC and other departments as necessary.

  • The Research COI Committee shall determine the appropriate response to manage an identified potential ICOI.

  • If such determination is made, a management plan documenting the Compelling Circumstances, approval by the Research COI Committee and, where applicable, ratification by the IACUC or IRB.

  • If the research or Federal Project is subject to the jurisdiction of an IRB, the Research COI Committee determination shall be provided to the responsible IRB.

  • If the research is subject to the jurisdiction of an Institutional Review Board (IRB), the Research COI Committee determination shall be provided to the IRB and the IRB may impose further management or restrictions.

  • The Research COI Committee also may, in its discretion, manage a disclosed interest that does not constitute a Significant Financial Interest or a Significant Non-financial Interest related to the research or a Federal Project, or is not a Research COI.

Related to Research COI Committee

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee on the Administration of the Agreement.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
