Research Member definition

Research Member means a person who is admitted as a Member of the Company and who satisfies the following requirements:
Research Member is defined as a university or national laboratory that receives funding from the BAPVC in order to conduct BAPVC Work.
Research Member means a university or US Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory that conducts research in the area of PV that receives BAPVC or DOE funding to perform BAPVC work;
