Initial Research Program Term definition

Initial Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Initial Research Program Term means the duration of the Initial Research Program, as described more fully in Section 2.8.

Initial Research Program Term means the period starting as of the Effective Date and ending on the *** anniversary of the Effective Date, which period shall apply *** to the Research Indication of *** Disease as being researched by the Parties pursuant to the Initial Research Plan.

More Definitions of Initial Research Program Term

Initial Research Program Term means the period starting after the Original Effective Date and ending five (5) years thereafter.

Initial Research Program Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.2.

Initial Research Program Term means the initial three-year period of the Research Program, as described more fully in Section 2.8.1.
