Reserve Adjusted LIBO Rate definition

Reserve Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any LIBO Rate Loan, the rate per annum (rounded upward, if necessary, to the next higher 1/16 of one percent) calculated as of the first day of such Interest Period in accordance with the following formula: Reserve Adjusted LIBO Rate = LR where LR = LIBO Rate LRP = LIBO Reserve Percentage

Reserve Adjusted LIBO Rate means with respect to each Interest Period for a LIBO Rate Advance, an interest rate per annum equal to the quotient (converted to a percentage, rounded upward to the nearest whole multiple of 1/100 of 1% per annum) of (i) the rate per annum as determined by the Agent at or about 10:00 a.m. Central Time (or as soon thereafter as practicable) on the second Business Day prior to the first day of each Interest Period, to be the annual rate of interest for deposits in United States dollars for the selected Interest Period as shown on the Dow Xxxxx Telerate Matrix page for British Bankers Association Interest Settlement Rates as of two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period, divided by (ii) the amount by which 1.00 exceeds the LIBOR Reserve Requirement (as defined below), expressed as a decimal, for such Interest Period. “LIBOR Reserve Requirement” shall mean for any day during an Interest Period for any LIBO Rate Advance, that percentage (expressed as a decimal) which is specified by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve
