Reserve Engineers definition

Reserve Engineers. Engine service employees who are qualified or certified to work as an engineer but not working as such. This does not include engine service brakeman.
Reserve Engineers means Data and Consulting Services division of Schlumberger Technology Corporation, Petro Technical Services division of Schlumberger Technology Corporation, Netherland Xxxxxx and Associates, Inc. Worldwide petroleum Consultants, Xxx Xxxxxxx and Associates, Inc., and Xxxxx Xxxxx Company Petroleum Consultants.
Reserve Engineers means Netherland, Sewel and Associates or such other third party engineering firm that after the date hereof prepares reports of the proved natural gas and oil reserve estimates of Seller and its Affiliate in connection with disclosure of such data in Seller’s or any of its Affiliates’ reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • Taken as a whole with regard to each Basin, the factual, non-interpretive data and information (excluding interpretive data, projections and estimates) supplied by the Seller and its Affiliates to the Reserve Engineers for purposes of facilitating each of the Reserve Engineer’s review of the oil and gas reserves of Seller and its Affiliates was true and correct in all material respects on the date supplied.

More Definitions of Reserve Engineers

Reserve Engineers means Netherland, Sewexx & Xssociates Inc. (or other independent petroleum engineers of recognized standing selected by Grantor and acceptable to Grantee in the reasonable exercise of its discretion).
Reserve Engineers means Rxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. and Txxx-Okida Limited.
Reserve Engineers shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.35 hereof.
Reserve Engineers as of July 1, 1996 (the "Reserve Report"). The factual information provided by the La/Cal XX Xxxties to the Reserve Engineers was based upon information contained in the records and files of the La/Cal XX Xxxties kept in the ordinary course of business. Except with respect to the corrections and matters set forth at Schedule 5.23, such La/Cal XX Party does not have knowledge of any facts which would make the factual information provided by the La/Cal XX Xxxties to the Reserve Engineers, and on which the Reserve Report was based, inaccurate in any material respect as of its date.

  • Engineers Certificate" shall mean a certificate of the Consulting Engineers or of such other engineer or firm of engineers having a favorable repute for skill and experience in the engineering matters with respect to which such certification is required by this Master Indenture.

  • Approved Petroleum Engineers means (a) Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (b) Xxxxx Xxxxx Company Petroleum Consultants, L.P. and (c) any other independent petroleum engineers reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Value Engineering means the detailed analysis of systems, equipment, materials, services, facilities, and supplies required by the Contract Documents for the purpose of achieving the desired and essential functions of the Owner’s program at the lowest cost consistent with required and necessary performance, longevity, reliability, quality and safety.

  • Approved Petroleum Engineer means (a) Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (b) Xxxxx Xxxxx Company Petroleum Consultants, L.P., (c) Xxxxxxxxxx Petroleum Consultants, Inc., or (d) any reputable firm of independent petroleum engineers selected by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Site Engineer means an Engineer appointed by the SBIIMS at site as their representative for day-to-day supervision of work and to give instructions to the contractors.

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • SBI Engineer means The Civil/Electrical Engineer in-charge of the Project, as nominated by the AGM (P&E), SBI, RAJKOT

  • Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.

  • Architects means any Architect whom the Vendors and the Builder have appointed as the Architects for the Project / Buildings time to time.

  • Architect or Engineer means an individual, firm, partnership, association, properly qualified person or the legally authorized representative(s), designated by the Owner, experienced in and legally qualified to practice the profession involved for the administration of the contract, inspections and testing. The term shall apply to the Owner when the Owner is acting as its own Architect or Engineer.

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.

  • Professional Engineer means a person entitled to practise as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario under a licence issued under the Professional Engineers Act;

  • Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer means a person holding registration as either a Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 46 of 2000);

  • Architect/Engineer or “A/E” means the Person identified in the Agreement responsible for providing professional design services and construction contract administration for the Project. The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733. As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Banks Engineer means any Engineer who is employed by SBI or any other Engineer appointed from time to time by the Employer, and certified in writing to the Architect and the contractor, to act as Engineer for the purpose of the Contract in place of the said engineer.

  • Practice of engineering means any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires engineering education, training, and experience in the application of special knowledge of the mathematical, physical, and engineering sciences.

  • State Engineer means the person holding the position as head of the state engineer’s office.

  • Municipal Engineer means the engineer for the Municipality or such person or persons designated in writing from time to time by the Municipality.

  • City Engineer means the person appointed to the office of City Engineer, by Council, acting, either directly or through authorized staff acting severally within the scope of the particular duties entrusted to them.

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • COMPANY ENGINEER means the following:

  • Good Engineering Practice means, Works carried out in accordance with the following standards/ specifications,

  • external engineering service means an engineering service situated outside the boundaries of a land area and that is necessary to serve the use and development of the land area;

  • Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning Oil and Gas Properties of Loan Parties dated as of June 30, 2006 prepared by Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates and XxXxxxxx & XxxXxxxxxxx.
