Reserves Consultant definition

Reserves Consultant means RSC Group, Inc., (or any other reputable consultant agreed to by the Technical and Modelling Bank (acting reasonably)) appointed in accordance with a scope of work and budget for fees and expenses agreed with the Original Borrower, BNP Paribas (as facility agent at the date of appointment) and the Technical and Modelling Bank.
Reserves Consultant means Netherland Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (or any other reputable consultant agreed to by the Technical and Modelling Bank (acting reasonably)) appointed in accordance with a scope of work and budget for fees and expenses agreed with the Borrower, the Facility Agent and the Technical and Modelling Bank.

Examples of Reserves Consultant in a sentence

  • The Original Borrower shall ensure that a new or updated reserves report is prepared by the Reserves Consultant for the Forecast prepared for 31 March 2019 and for each Forecast prepared on subsequent Forecast Dates.

  • Engineer-in-Charge/Consultant/Architect : This term shall mean any authorized representative or person specifically deputed by the Employer wherever they are employed from time to time by the Employer.

  • Risk Retention Consultation Party means each risk retention consultation party appointed pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Turnaround means the procedure of shutting a refinery unit down after a run to do necessary maintenance and repair work and putting the unit back on stream.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
