The seven (7) members shall be affiliated with the City in the following ways: (1) Resident Members.
Thereafter, all Resident Members will hold office until the conclusion of the 3rd Annual General Meeting after their election.

The first ten thousand dollars ($10,000) shall be credited to the Resident Members Trust Account.
The balance of the residents liquid assets shall be divided and credited as follows: ninety percent (90%) to the Resident Members Trust Account, and ten percent (10%) for the use and benefit of the resident.
