Resident Members definition

Resident Members. A Member who resides within the Golf Course precinct and who pays body corporate fees providing Access to the Facilities and Services. Start Date: The date when this Agreement starts as set out in the Membership Details.

Resident Members means the members of the resident advisory board as defined in section 356D-5, HRS.

Resident Members means those with a local residential address in Troup County or adjacent counties of Georgia and Alabama. Residential membership shall be used for calculating a quorum for voting.

• The first ten thousand dollars ($10,000) shall be credited to the Resident Members Trust Account.

• The balance of the residents liquid assets shall be divided and credited as follows: ninety percent (90%) to the Resident Members Trust Account, and ten percent (10%) for the use and benefit of the resident.

More Definitions of Resident Members

Resident Members means Founding Resident Golf Members, Limited Resident Members, Junior Founding Resident Members and Social Members, unless otherwise indicated herein.
