Residential Certificate definition

Residential Certificate means Agency documentation that a person is eligible for a Residential A, C, or G Certificate.
Residential Certificate means the residential certificate issued to the person residing in Sikkim prior to 1975 by the Land Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Sikkim;
