Residential Fee definition

Residential Fee means the amount payable by Us to You in respect of an Entitled Student calculated in accordance with either sub-clause 4.2, 4.3 or 4.4;
Residential Fee means the amount payable by us to you in respect of an Entitled Student calculated inaccordance with either subclauses 4.2 or 4.3;
Residential Fee means the weekly residential fee payable pursuant to a 2022 residential tenancy agreement between you and the Village.

Examples of Residential Fee in a sentence

  • Payment for Entitled Students not on notice under subclause 3.3 4.3 If an Entitled Student whose name and address does not appear on a notice given under subclause 3.4 comes to live at the Hostel after the commencement of the term of a school year We will pay You that proportion of the Residential Fee representing the student’s entitlement as per Chapter 73 of the ABSTUDY Policy Manual.

  • Payments to You 4.1 Provided You are performing Your obligations under the Agreement to Our satisfaction, We will pay You a Residential Fee in two instalments for each school term period in respect of each Entitled Student residing at the Hostel.

  • The Residential Fee will be paid in instalments, in accordance with section 71.5.1 and 85.5.1 of the ABSTUDY Policy Manual.

  • Repayment of Funds where an Entitled Student becomes ineligible 4.5 You agree that if an Entitled Student becomes ineligible for payments at any point during the term entitlement period (Chapter 73 of the ABSTUDY Policy Manual), then You will repay all the moneys paid by Us to You for that Entitled Student, less the amount that is equal to the days that You were entitled to receive the Residential Fee for that student (under Chapter 73 of the ABSTUDY Policy Manual).

  • Payments to You 4.1 Provided You are performing Your obligations under the agreement to Our satisfaction, We will pay You a Residential Fee at the beginning of each term in respect of each Entitled Student residing at the Hostel.

  • By the date of your Admission you (and any Guarantor and/or Third Party Contributor) shall have paid the Advance Residential Fee for 28 days residence (see clause 8.1.1) and must have set up and thereafter must maintain a direct debit.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any fee adjustment would be separate to the Residential Fee and Enhanced Room Fee increases referred to in clause 6 above.

  • Only then will we use any excess pre-admission payment received by us towards satisfying the obligation to pay us the Advance Residential Fee.

  • Payments by direct debit are made in advance for the following month’s care and shall be made by the last working day of the preceding month, e.g. if you move into the home on 1 May, on the last working day of May payment will be made, having taken into account the Advance Residential Fee which covered 1 – 28 May, for the three days shortfall in May (29 – 31 May) and for all of June.

  • Subtracting the Residential Fee Offset determined in Table 14 from the total school facilities costs listed in Table 13 results in the net school facilities costs per 1,000 square feet of commercial/industrial development (“Net School Facilities Costs”).

Related to Residential Fee

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Residential use means the use in or around a home, apartment building, sleeping quarters, and similar facilities or accommodations.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Residential property means improved property that:-

  • Residential Dwelling Unit means any portion of a building that contains living facilities, including a room or rooms in a facility that have shared cooking, bathing, toilet, or laundry facilities such as dormitories, shelters, assisted living facilities, and boarding homes. "Residential dwelling unit" also means facilities that include provisions for sleeping, cooking, bathing, and toilet facilities for one or more persons and are used for extended stays, such as time-shares and extended-stay motels. "Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.
