Residential Member definition

Residential Member means a member of a residential nonprofit corporation whose status as a member is dependent upon, or whose membership is accorded voting rights as a result of, owning or leasing specified residential real estate.

Residential Member means the Member in which the Player’s Parent resides.

More Definitions of Residential Member

Residential Member means a Member whose Developed Property is designated to be used primarily for residential purposes at Jacks Point by an instrument on the Owner's Title or is reasonably determined by the Society to be, or as being, used for residential purposes at Jacks Point, but excludes any Member whose Developed Property is within the part of Jacks Point identified as Village (V) in the Jacks Point Zone.

Residential Member means each Person who holds a Membership and is also an Owner. Residential Members are either Participating Members or Non-Participating Members.
