Respective Activities means for: (a) in respect of the Recipient: The activities carried out in the territory of the FMS and/or Benadir Regional Administration; and (b) in respect of Somaliland: The activities carried out in the territory of Somaliland.

Respective Activities means: (a) In respect of FGS: Component 1, Sub-component 2.1 and the activities under Sub-component 3.3 and Component 5 carried out at federal level; and (b) In respect of the EFMS: Sub-components 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 3.1 and 3.2 and Component 4, as well as the activities under Sub-component 3.3. and Component 5 carried out at a local/regional level.

Examples of Respective Activities in a sentence

  • To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project and cause Somaliland to carry out its Respective Activities under the Project, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions and Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • To this end, the Recipient shall carry out, and cause Somaliland to carry out, its Respective Activities under the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Somaliland Subsidiary Agreement.

  • To facilitate the carrying out of Somaliland’s Respective Activities under the Project, the Recipient shall make part of the proceeds of the Financing, allocated from time to time to Category (2) of the table set forth in Section III.1 of this Schedule, available to Somaliland pursuant to a written agreement, under terms and conditions approved by the Association (“Somaliland Subsidiary Agreement”).

  • To facilitate the carrying out of the EFMS’ Respective Activities under the Project, the Recipient shall make the proceeds of the Financing allocated from time to time to Category (2) of the table set forth in Section III.1 of this Schedule available to the EFMS under the respective Subsidiary Agreement to be between the Recipient and each such EFMS, under terms and conditions approved by the Association (the “Subsidiary Agreement”).

  • To facilitate the carrying out of the EFMS’ Respective Activities under the Project, the Recipient shall make the proceeds of the Financing allocated from time to time to Category (2) of the table set forth in Section III.1 of this Schedule available to the EFMS under the respective subproject agreement to be between the Recipient and each such EFMS, under terms and conditions approved by the Association (the “Subproject Agreement”).

  • To facilitate the carrying out of the FMSs’ Respective Activities under the Project, the Recipient shall make the proceeds of the Financing allocated from time to time to Category (1) of the table set forth in Section III.1 of this Schedule available to the FMSs under the respective FMS Subsidiary Agreement to be between the Recipient and each such FMS, under terms and conditions approved by the Association (each, a “FMS Subsidiary Agreement”).

  • The Recipient shall, and shall cause Somaliland (as per the Somaliland Subsidiary Agreement) to, furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty- five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter, covering their Respective Activities during the said calendar quarter.

  • To facilitate the carrying out of Somaliland’s Respective Activities, the Recipient shall make part of the proceeds of the Financing, allocated from time to time to Category (3) of the table set forth in Section III.A of this Schedule, available to Somaliland pursuant to a written agreement, under terms and conditions approved by the Association (“Somaliland Subsidiary Agreement”).

  • The Recipient shall implement, and cause the FMS, to carry out its Respective Activities under the Project, in accordance with the COAP Manual, prepared and adopted by the EAFS Unit, in a manner and substance satisfactory to the Association.

Related to Respective Activities

  • Competitive Activities means any business activities in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, was engaged in business (or had committed plans to engage) at the time of such termination of employment.

  • Covered Activities means those land uses and conservation and other activities described in Chapter 2.3 of the HCP/NCCP to be carried out by the Conservancy or its agents that may result in Authorized Take of Covered Species during the term of the HCP/NCCP, and that are otherwise lawful.

  • Restricted Activities means those activities described in Section 10 of this Agreement.
