Respective Activities definition

Respective Activities means: (a) in respect of the Recipient: The activities carried out in the territory of the FMS and/or Benadir Regional Administration; and (b) in respect of Somaliland: The activities carried out in the territory of Somaliland.
Respective Activities means: (a) In respect of FGS: Component 1, Sub-component 2.1 and the activities under Sub-component 3.3 and Component 5 carried out at federal level; and (b) In respect of the EFMS: Sub-components 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 3.1 and 3.2 and Component 4, as well as the activities under Sub-component 3.3. and Component 5 carried out at a local/regional level.
Respective Activities is revised to read as set forth in the Appendix to this Agreement.

Examples of Respective Activities in a sentence

  • To this end, the Recipient shall carry out, and cause Somaliland to carry out, its Respective Activities under the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Somaliland Subsidiary Agreement.

  • To facilitate the carrying out of Somaliland’s Respective Activities under the Project, the Recipient shall make part of the proceeds of the Financing, allocated from time to time to Category (2) of the table set forth in Section III.1 of this Schedule, available to Somaliland pursuant to a written agreement, under terms and conditions approved by the Association (“Somaliland Subsidiary Agreement”).

  • Notwithstanding the provision of Section I.A above, the Recipient shall vest the overall responsibility for implementation on its Respective Activities under the Project in its Ministry of Energy and Water Resources (“MoEWR”).

  • To facilitate the carrying out Somaliland’s Respective Activities under the Project, the Recipient shall make part of the proceeds of the Financing, allocated from time to time to Category 2 and 4 of the table set forth in Section III.A of this Schedule, available to Somaliland pursuant to an agreement, under terms and conditions approved by the Association (“Somaliland Subsidiary Agreement”).

  • To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project and cause Somaliland to carry out its Respective Activities under the Project, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions and Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • To facilitate the carrying out of the EFMS’ Respective Activities under the Project, the Recipient shall make the proceeds of the Financing allocated from time to time to Category (2) of the table set forth in Section III.1 of this Schedule available to the EFMS under the respective subproject agreement to be between the Recipient and each such EFMS, under terms and conditions approved by the Association (the “Subproject Agreement”).

  • The Recipient shall afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with each of them with respect to each such AWP&B, and, thereafter, ensure that its Respective Activities under the Project are implemented with due diligence during said following calendar year in accordance with the AWP&B as shall have been approved by the Project Steering Committee, subject to the prior no-objection of the Association.

  • The Recipient shall, and shall cause Somaliland (as per the Somaliland Subsidiary Agreement) to, furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty- five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter, covering their Respective Activities during the said calendar quarter.

  • The Recipient shall, and shall cause Somaliland (per the Somaliland Subsidiary Agreement for Somaliland’s Respective Activities) to, furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester that has just ended.

  • Notwithstanding the provision of Section I.A above, the Recipient shall vest the overall responsibility for implementation on its Respective Activities under the Project in the FGS’s Ministry of Finance (“MoF”).

Related to Respective Activities

  • Competitive Activities means any business activities in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, was engaged in business (or had committed plans to engage) at the time of such termination of employment.

  • Covered Activities means those land uses and conservation and other activities described in Chapter 2.3 of the HCP/NCCP to be carried out by the Conservancy or its agents that may result in Authorized Take of Covered Species during the term of the HCP/NCCP, and that are otherwise lawful.

  • Restricted Activities means those activities described in Section 10 of this Agreement.

  • Permitted Activities The primary activities of the trust created pursuant to this Agreement which shall be:

  • Prohibited Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.

  • Funded Activities means the activities set out in the Grant Offer Letter and Annex 2 of these Conditions; General Data Protection Regulation and GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Grant means the sum or sums that DWP will pay to the Grant Recipient in accordance with clause 4 and subject to the provisions set out at clause 22.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Service activities means activities in connection with the provision of personal, continuing services to shareholder accounts in the Shares; provided, however, that if the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (“NASD”) adopts a definition of “service fee” for purposes of Section 2830(b)(9) of the NASD Conduct Rules or any successor provision that differs from the definition of “service activities” hereunder, or if the NASD adopts a related interpretive position intended to define the same concept, the definition of “service activities” in this paragraph shall be automatically amended, without further action of the parties, to conform to the then effective NASD definition. Overhead and other expenses related to “distribution activities” or “service activities,” including telephone and other communications expenses, may be included in the information regarding amounts expended for these activities.

  • Commercial Activities means activities conducted on a commercial basis.

  • Motor Sport Activities means any motor sport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which CAMS regulates or administers by CAMS or otherwise under the responsibility / control of CAMS;

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • Specified sexual activities means any of the following:

  • Environmental Activities means the use, generation, transportation, handling, discharge, production, treatment, storage, release or disposal of any Hazardous Materials at any time to or from any portion of the Premises or located on or present on or under any portion of the Premises.

  • Motorsport Activities means any motorsport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which Motorsport Australia regulates or administers or otherwise are under the responsibility / control of Motorsport Australia;

  • School activities means any activity sponsored by the school including, but not limited to, classroom work, library activities, physical education classes, official assemblies and other similar gatherings, school athletic contests, band concerts, school plays and other theatrical productions, and in-school lunch periods.

  • Competitive Activity means any business or activity of Executive or any third party that is the same as the Business or competitive with the Business.

  • High Risk Activities means uses such as the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic control, or life support systems, where the use or failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.

  • Active business operations means all business operations that are not inactive business operations.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Economic activities shall in principle include activities of an industrial, commercial and professional character and activities of craftsmen;

  • Inactive business operations means the mere continued holding or renewal of rights to property previously operated for the purpose of generating revenues but not presently deployed for such purpose.

  • Eligible activities or "eligible activity" means 1 or more of the following:

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.
