Respondent Team Member definition

Respondent Team Member means a member of a Respondent Team as may be changed pursuant to this RFQ.

• The Respondent must advise (and must ensure each Respondent Team Member advises) Respondent Team Members who are Individuals and other individuals that all personal information disclosed to the AESO about each in conjunction with the Competition is being collected for the purpose of evaluating the Respondent’s Qualification Submission.

• If any person, including any Respondent or current or prospective Respondent Team Member or advisor or consultant, becomes a Restricted Party, it may be listed in an Addendum to this RFQ or in subsequent Competitive Selection Process documents as a Restricted Party.

• Subject to Conflict of Interest and Common Ownership limitations described below, any Person or group of Persons may be a Respondent or a Respondent Team Member for this RFQ.

• A Respondent or a prospective Respondent Team Member who has any concerns regarding whether participation does, or will, contravene the foregoing is encouraged to request an advance decision.

• Each Respondent is responsible, and bears the onus, to ensure that the Respondent, the Respondent Team and each Respondent Team Member, and their respective Affiliated Persons do not contravene the foregoing.

More Definitions of Respondent Team Member

Respondent Team Member means the members of the Respondent Team, including its Joint Venture Members in the case of a Joint Venture Respondent, and the Respondent's proposed Primary Subcontractors.

Respondent Team Member means a member of a Respondent Team.
