Restaurant Chains definition

Restaurant Chains means the national and regional restaurant chains, primarily fast-food, family-style, and casual dining chains who themselves or through their franchisees will either (i) lease the Properties purchased by the Company or (ii) become lessees of Secured Equipment Leases.
Restaurant Chains means the national and regional restaurant chains, primarily fast-food, family-style, and casual-dining chains, to be selected by the Advisor, and who themselves or their franchisees will either (i) lease Properties purchased by the Company, (ii) become borrowers under Mortgage Loans or (iii) become lessees or borrowers of Secured Equipment Leases.
