Restaurant Chains definition

Restaurant Chains means the national and regional restaurant chains, primarily fast-food, family-style, and casual dining chains who themselves or through their franchisees will either (i) lease the Properties purchased by the Company or (ii) become lessees of Secured Equipment Leases.
Restaurant Chains means the national and regional restaurant chains, primarily fast-food, family-style, and casual-dining chains, to be selected by the Advisor, and who themselves or their franchisees will either (i) lease Properties purchased by the Company, (ii) become borrowers under Mortgage Loans or (iii) become lessees or borrowers of Secured Equipment Leases.

  • To engage in the business of offering furniture, fixture, and equipment financing to the operators of Restaurant Chains, provided, however, that the Company shall use its best efforts to ensure that the total value of Secured Equipment Leases, in the aggregate will not exceed 25% of the Company's total assets and that Secured Equipment Leases to a single lessee, in the aggregate, will not exceed 5% of the Company's total assets.
