Restricted Account Agreement definition

Restricted Account Agreement means that certain Restricted Account Agreement by and among Borrower, Lender and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Restricted Account Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

Restricted Account Agreement means that certain Deposit Account Control Agreement by and among Borrower, Lender and KeyBank dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
