Restricted Account Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

Restricted Account Agreement means that certain Restricted Account Agreement by and among Borrower, Lender and Wxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, dated as of the date hereof.
