Restricted Account Agreement means that certain Restricted Account Agreement by and among Borrower, Lender and W▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A., dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Restricted Account Agreement means (i) that certain Deposit Account Control Agreement (Hard Agreement) by and among Representative B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Lender, and PNC Bank, National Association, dated as of the date hereof, and (ii) that certain Deposit Account Control Agreement by and among Representative Borrower, Lender, and First Hawaiian Bank, dated as of the date hereof, as each of the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Restricted Account Agreement means that certain Deposit Account Control Agreement by and among Borrower, Lender and Citibank, N.A. dated as of the date hereof.

Restricted Account Agreement means the “Deposit Account Control Agreement” as defined in the Loan Agreement.
