Restricted Competitor definition

Restricted Competitor means any of the companies listed on Exhibit A hereto, which is incorporated herein by this reference, each of whom Shareholder acknowledges is a direct competitor of the Company.

Restricted Competitor means any business entity (or subsidiary or affiliate thereof) listed on the attached Exhibit A to this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time.

Restricted Competitor means means CR Bard, Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies (f/k/a Covidien), Coloplast, Wellspect HealthCare (div. of Dentsply, f/k/a Astra Tech), Smiths Medical, Intersurgical, B. Braun, Vygon, Pajunk, Ambu, and / or CareFusion (div. of Becton, Dickinson and Company), or any merged, acquiring or successor entity of any of these organisations, or any third party that may, between the commencement of this Agreement and the Termination Date, acquire all or a substantial part of the assets or business of any one of these organisations.

More Definitions of Restricted Competitor

Restricted Competitor means XX Xxxx, Covidian, Coloplast, Astra Tech (div. of Dentsply), Smiths Medical, Intersurgical, X. Xxxxx, Vygon, Pajunk, Ambu, and / or CareFusion, or any merged, acquiring or successor entity of any one of these organisations, or any third party that may, between the commencement of this Agreement and the Termination Date, acquire all or a substantial part of the assets or business of any one of these organisations.

Restricted Competitor means a person engaged in any business competitive with the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ businesses of package delivery and global supply chain management solutions. The Restricted Competitors include, without limitation, the entities listed on Exhibit B.

Restricted Competitor means any entity that (i) is a Competing ETF Sponsor, (ii) is a Competing ETP Sponsor or (iii) competes with the WisdomTree Digital Business in any jurisdiction where the Digital Wallet (as defined below) is offered to customers.

Restricted Competitor means a Person all or substantially all of whose operations primarily comprise e-commerce platform activity in a Turkish market, including Trendyol, Amazon, Çiçek Sepeti, Gitti Gidiyor, Morhipo, n11 and Getir.

Restricted Competitor means a person engaged in any business competitive with the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ businesses of package delivery and global supply chain management solutions. Restricted Competitors shall be defined to include any affiliates of such entities that are engaged in delivery, transportation, and/or logistics services and activities. In addition, the Restricted Competitors include, without limitation, the entities listed on Exhibit C attached hereto.
