Restricted Global Class B Note is defined in Section 4.1.

Related to Restricted Global Class B Note

  • Class B Note means any of the 0.00% Asset Backed Notes, Class B, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-3.

  • Class B Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A Note means a Class A-1 Note, a Class A-2 Note, a Class A-3 Note or a Class A-4 Note.

  • Class X-B Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-B Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-B Components.

  • Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class X-A Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-A Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-A Components.

  • Class B Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class B Note is registered in the Note Register.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class B Notes at the Class B Interest Rate on the Class B Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class B Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class C Note means any one of the Series 2023-3 7.05% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class C, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1, Exhibit C-2 or Exhibit C-3. Definitive Class C Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.

  • Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Accrued Class B Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.
