Restricted Legend definition

Restricted Legend means the legend set forth in Exhibit C.

Restricted Legend. Has the meaning specified in Section 3.02.

Restricted Legend means the legend in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto.

Examples of Restricted Legend in a sentence

If such Note does not bear the Restricted Legend, then the Certificated Notes issued in exchange therefor will not bear the Restricted Legend.
Any Certificated Note delivered in reliance upon this paragraph will not bear the Restricted Legend.
In the event that (i) the requested transfer or exchange takes place after the Restricted Period and a duly completed Regulation S Certificate is delivered to the Trustee or (ii) a Certificated Note that does not bear the Restricted Legend is surrendered for transfer or exchange, upon transfer or exchange the Trustee will deliver a Certificated Note that does not bear the Restricted Legend.
If the requested transfer or exchange involves a beneficial interest in a Permanent Offshore Global Note, no certification is required and the Trustee will deliver a Certificated Note that does not bear the Restricted Legend.
If such Note bears the Restricted Legend, then the Certificated Notes issued in exchange therefor will bear the Restricted Legend.
