Restructured Bonds definition

Restructured Bonds means, collectively, (i) the Long-Term Bonds, (ii) the Medium-Term Bonds, and (iii) the Subordinated Bonds.
Restructured Bonds means, together, all or a portion of the Series 2005 Bonds, the Series 2012 Bonds, the Series 2014A Bonds, the Series 2014B Bonds, the Series 2015 Bonds, the Series 2017 Bonds, the Restructured Capital Leases of the Municipality, and the Restructured Revolving Loans of the Municipality.
Restructured Bonds means the Outstanding Initial Bonds that mature on January 15, 2037, 2038, 2040, 2041 and 2042 and whose terms were restructured pursuant to the Second Supplemental Indenture of Trust, dated as of May 1, 2011, by and between the Agency and the Trustee.
