Retail Direct Services definition

Retail Direct Services means the services offered by Us from time to time that let You access the Account using an Access Terminal. However, Retail Direct Services do not include card services such as Debit Cards and debit cards provided by a Third Party.

  • For purposes of an Upgrade request, each individual who constitutes the Depositor under the agreement for Retail Direct Services is considered a required Signing Officer for purposes of acceptance of the Upgrade, and You agree to ensure that each such individual agrees to the Upgrade and accepts the terms of this Agreement before initiating the Upgrade request.

  • Further, data concerning Transactions, if any, authorized under Direct Services for Small Business will be sent to the Third Party PFM Service provider, Yodlee Inc., in the same manner as data for transactions authorized under Retail Direct Services.
