Retail premises definition

Retail premises means real estate either owned or leased by the dealer and used primarily for the sale at retail to the ultimate consumer of motor fuel or special fuel.

Retail premises means the premises described in a Class “A” license or a Class “B” license or permit.

Retail premises means a building or place used for the purpose of selling items by retail, or for hiring or displaying items for the purpose of selling them by retail or hiring them out, whether the items are goods or materials (or whether also sold by wholesale).
