Retained Parts definition

Retained Parts means all parts of the Building (including the Common Parts) other than the Premises and the other Lettable Areas
Retained Parts means the Property and the buildings erected thereon (other than the Premises) which are not let out including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing): - the Common Areas; all loading areas within the Premises; office accommodation for the Lessor or any property manager appointed to manage the Premises and any of their ancillary staff; all Pipes on or serving the Premises; all parts of the building including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) its walls foundations and roofs; the boundary walls and fences of the Premises; and the common lavatories; and
Retained Parts means all parts of the Building which do not comprise Lettable Areas, including:-

More Definitions of Retained Parts

Retained Parts means any part of the Building other than the Premises and the Lettable Areas;
Retained Parts means the Common Parts of the Building and all parts of the Building which do not comprise Lettable Areas or Estate Common Parts and/or which are designated as such from time to time by the Landlord
Retained Parts means each of those parts of: (i) the Owned Properties and the Leased Properties which, following transfer or assignment to Keysight, are intended to be leased or subleased to Agilent, (ii) the Sublease Properties, and the New Lease Properties which will not, and which are not intended to, be leased or subleased to Keysight in accordance with this Agreement, (iii) the Keysight Owned Properties and Keysight Leased Properties which, following transfer or assignment to Agilent, are intended to be leased or subleased to Keysight, and (iv) the Keysight Sublease Properties, which will not, and are not intended to, be leased or subleased to Agilent in accordance with this Agreement.
Retained Parts means each of those parts of (i) the Houston Owned Properties and the Houston Leased Properties which, following transfer or assignment to Seattle, are intended to be leased or subleased to Houston, (ii) the Seattle Owned Properties and the Seattle Leased Properties which, following the Go Live Date, are intended to be leased or subleased to Seattle and (iii) those parts of the Sublease Properties and the Houston New Lease Properties which will not, and which are not intended to, be leased or subleased to Seattle in accordance with this Agreement.
Retained Parts means each of those parts of (i) the Moon Owned Properties and the Moon Leased Properties which, following transfer or assignment to SpinCo, are intended to be leased or subleased to Moon, (ii) the SpinCo Owned Properties and the SpinCo Leased Properties which, following the Distribution Date, are intended to be leased or subleased to SpinCo and (iii) those parts of the Sublease Properties and the Moon New Lease Properties which will not, and which are not intended to, be leased or subleased to SpinCo in accordance with this Agreement.
Retained Parts means each of those parts of (i) the Owned Properties and the Leased Properties which, following transfer or assignment to Enterprise, are intended to be leased or subleased to HP, (ii) the Enterprise Owned Properties and the Enterprise Leased Properties which, following the Go Live Date, are intended to be leased or subleased to Enterprise and (iii) those parts of the Sublease Properties and the New Lease Properties which will not, and which are not intended to, be leased or subleased to Enterprise in accordance with this Agreement.
