Retained Responsibilities definition

Retained Responsibilities shall have the meaning provided in Section 13.1.
Retained Responsibilities means in respect of a Work Order, Interfront’s obligations as specified in the Work Order.

  • If Tenant makes such election, then on a date mutually and reasonably agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant, Landlord shall cease providing the Property Management duties (other than the Landlord Retained Responsibilities), and Tenant will commence to do so (the “Management Turn Over Date”).
