The Finance Officer shall ascertain monthly the amount on deposit in the Revenue Bond Account.
Funds will be transferred from the Reserve Revenue Bond Reserve Account to the Reserve Revenue Bond Account at any time the balance on hand in the Reserve Revenue Bond Account is insufficient to meet current requirements for payment of principal and interest on the Bonds payable therefrom.
